Wiztech is looking for an experienced and driven Head of Risk & Fraud to join our team. Gaming industry experience is a must, with 4+ years in a similar role.

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage the Risk & Fraud department across all gaming operations

• Develop, implement, and optimize fraud prevention and risk management strategies

• Monitor real-time transactions, player activity, and payment flows

• Investigate suspicious behavior and take appropriate action

• Work closely with compliance, finance, and customer support teams

• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and performance metrics

• Stay up to date with fraud trends and regulatory requirements

• Train and mentor team members to ensure operational excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Head/Manager Risk & Fraud role within the gaming industry

• Proven experience with fraud detection systems and KYC/AML practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk controls

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with SEON is a strong plus
