The Quality and Risk Management - Consulting Team of the Technology & Transformation (T&T) Department of Deloitte Middle East & Cyprus is seeking to recruit a Quality Manager, at the level of Manager, based in our Nicosia or Limassol office.

The Quality Manager Role
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Deloitte T&T Leadership Team on matters related to engagement delivery quality, finance, and contract matters of large-scale, high-risk engagements within both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute quality activities (e.g., methods, tools, engagement quality management processes, governance, technology) appropriate for the size and complexity of engagements, ensuring adequate leadership oversight and involvement.

Identify and assess any risks and issues with potentially major impact on the quality of the delivery. Provide and implement mitigation actions and plans with the engagement teams.

Escalate to senior leadership as appropriate and provide recommendations for resolution of identified challenges.

Contribute towards the evolution of the Quality Assurance Framework, especially by proposing and implementing improvements related to people, process, and technology.

Collaborate with teams across the business unit as well as across the DME and other Deloitte Member Firms.

Create training materials and deliver training to the business.

Support and encourage compliance and effectiveness in applying Quality and Risk Management policies and processes.
Requirements

Undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.

Strong data analysis skills, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.

Understanding of project management (agile, waterfall) and experience in project delivery.

Proven experience as a team leader, showcasing exceptional team-building skills to foster collaboration, motivate team members, and drive collective success in achieving project goals.

Strong commercial and financial understanding of engagement economics and profitability levers.

Skilled in assessing risks linked to extensive professional services engagements.

Proficient in communicating intricate contractual information to the broader project team and stakeholders.

Skilled at performing well in a dynamic and deadline-oriented environment.

Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively.

Experienced in navigating and thriving within corporate environments, particularly within matrix organisations.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Desired Experience

Hands-on project management experience.

Familiar with latest technology in data and workflow tools e.g., GenAI, CLM, ServiceNow.

Data modelling and automation knowledge.

Proficiency in Arabic language will be regarded as an advantage.
