About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused customer support representative (German speaking) to join our growing team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support and a seamless experience.
Main Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner

Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and general platform usage

Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when necessary

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information

Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements
-
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential

Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in a Customer Support role will be considered an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software/tools

Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
