About the Role


We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused customer support representative (German speaking) to join our growing team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support and a seamless experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and general platform usage

  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when necessary

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information

  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential

  • Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in a Customer Support role will be considered an advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software/tools

  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

  • Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
