Management Accountant
On behalf of a client, a leader in development and construction, we are currently seeking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team in Nicosia.

Objective
Contribute to optimizing the organization's financial health through precise forecasting, analysis, and financial modelling.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
• Track company finances by conducting forecasting and performing analyses.
• Interpret financial data and collaborate with company management to develop financial strategies.
• Develop and refine financial models to accurately predict future financial trends.
• Support various departments with fiscal procedures to enhance financial efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budgets for executives and managers.
• Create reports, perform research, and forecast trends to help the company make important financial decisions.
• Assist in developing long-term goals to improve the company's financial health.
• Create detailed financial projections and forecasts to support long-term planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
• Advise senior managers on maximizing profits using in-depth knowledge of financial concepts.

Position’s Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any other related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Any professional qualification will be considered as a strong advantage (ACA, ACCA, CFA)
• Proven experience as a management accountant or financial analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
