CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of the leading global manufacturers of high-end household appliances, we are seeking to recruit a Brand & Sales Consultant to join their growing experience centre based in the heart of Nicosia. The successful applicant will act as a Brand Ambassador and Sales Expert, providing customers with expert guidance and exceptional service as they explore the experience centre in search of the perfect household product or appliance. Our client is seeking applicants with previous experience in sales or customer service roles, who are fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Any knowledge of SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage, and outstanding customer service skills are a must. Working hours are from 09:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 – 18:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, Wednesday from 09:00 - 13:00 and each Saturday from 09:30 - 13:30.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Deliver exceptional customer experience to visitors.
• Identify customer needs and suggest optimal product solutions.
• Demonstrate products and provide expert advice to customers.
• Maintain company in perfect order and follow marketing guidelines for products’ presentation.
• Achieve target sales for product categories.
• Handle product and sales related requests from incoming calls of customers or technicians.
• Record customer visits and sales data in SAP.
• Monitor and manage orders in SAP on a daily basis.
• Monitor product stocks and collaborate with Logistics for store product placements.
• Coordinate the after sales processes until the successful delivery of products to customer.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Previous experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
• SAP knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a high level of commercial awareness.
• Customer and results oriented.
