Career Opportunities
We are seeking to hire a high caliber, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an AML & Risk Management Senior officer in our Nicosia office. The successful candidate will be monitoring, designing and implementing internal AML & Risk Management policies, while ensuring that the firm’s staff is well informed and trained on related legislation.
Duties and Responsibilities

Monitoring compliance with the firms internal AML & Risk Management policies

Performing high level reviews of the clients’ AML documents for all the companies of the group;

Guiding the AML unit’s junior team members on specific cases;

Assisting in developing AML procedures in line with regulatory requirements;

Being informed about the legal updates related to AML and make suggestions to the management;

Ensuring that the Company’s staff members are adequately trained on AML and Risk Management matters and policies;

Implementing the overall risk management process based on the firm’s existing policies;

Conducting risk assessment, by identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the organization;

Reporting to the AML compliance officer and the Head of Risk;
Requirements
-
University or postgraduate degree or other equivalent qualification in a field related to Risk Management, Law, Economics, Finance, Business Administration

Any Anti-Money Laundering Certification will be considered as advantage

Prior experience in a comparable role will be considered an advantage
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English Language
-
Ability to multitask and complete assignment within time constraints and deadlines
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
-
Very good administration and organizational skills
