To further support the success of the commercial division, we at bbf: are looking for a Senior Manager of Commercial Real Estate. This is a highly strategic role that is centered around managing, promoting, and leasing out the company’s growing portfolio of commercial properties in Limassol.
Reports to: Director of Commercial Real Estate
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage and support all sales and leasing activities across the commercial real estate portfolio.
- Work directly with internal and external brokers (digital, local, and international) to optimize deal flow.
- Oversee marketing coordination, price list updates, and commercial content across platforms.
- Ensure all product touchpoints (e.g. website, broker portal, commercial proposals) are polished and aligned with global commercial real estate standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve visibility and positioning of commercial assets.
- Lead proactive leasing efforts to place tenants in office and commercial spaces.
- Manage leasing inquiries from both end-users and investor-buyers who request rental solutions.
- Assist in preparing commercial offers and basic financial models that reflect leasing potential and investment return—industry standards in commercial real estate.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions (e.g. Tech Island, real estate summits) to promote and attract new tenant types, including tech and service firms.
- Build relationships with key players in the local and international community of commercial real estate market.
Requirements for the position:
- Fluency in English is required; Russian and/or Greek is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years in commercial real estate, leasing, or investment sales.
- Experience working with top-tier real estate firms (e.g., Colliers, JLL, Knight Frank) or private developers.
- Previous exposure to PMGDs, auditors, investor relations, or tech community leasing is a plus.
- Proactive, independent, and sales-minded approach to commercial real estate.
- Strong understanding of the leasing cycle, client communication, and investment logic.
- Marketing-savvy, with an eye for how the product is presented across channels.
- Professional presence, capable of representing the company in high-profile settings.
