We invite applications from energetic, highly motivated, and ambitious Executive Assistants to join the team of the office of the Regional CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, communications, and other relevant materials.

Coordinate incoming verbal & written communications and requests.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO's review.

Undertake special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.

Coordinate and communicate regional activities, goals, and objectives.
-
Provide support for events, meetings, and conferences as required.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Any additional qualification will be considered as an advantage.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives for a period of over five years.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Greek and English with exceptional attention to detail.

Analytical mindset and the ability to gather and analyze data for reporting purposes.
-
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
