Career Opportunities

We invite applications from energetic, highly motivated, and ambitious Executive Assistants to join the team of the office of the Regional CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, communications, and other relevant materials.

  • Coordinate incoming verbal & written communications and requests.

  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO's review.

  • Undertake special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.

  • Coordinate and communicate regional activities, goals, and objectives.

  • Provide support for events, meetings, and conferences as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Any additional qualification will be considered as an advantage.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives for a period of over five years.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Greek and English with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Analytical mindset and the ability to gather and analyze data for reporting purposes.

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
