We ‘re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a talented Production/Packing Shift Associate to join our Production/Packing Admin team in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

What the job looks like?

The Production/Packing Shift Associate will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate, supervise and control production/packing processes to ensure that products are packed according to the appropriate procedures to obtain the required quality.
• Monitor and apply the compliance of the department with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Carry out the production/packing plan according to the packing schedule.
• Supervise, coach, develop and monitor of the packing personnel to ensure productivity and product quality.

What does it take to do the job?

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical engineering, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmacy or other related field
• Experience in Production/Packing operations in an industrial environment is a must.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills related to this discipline.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Accountable and responsible
• An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Proficient in the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills

It would be considered a plus if you have:

• Any previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
