We are seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef to lead the kitchen of our restaurant located within Cap St. Georges Hotel & Resort.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for gastronomy, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing, supervising, and training the kitchen team.
  • Ensuring high standards of taste, quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Controlling costs and managing supplies/inventory.
  • Collaborating with other departments (F&B, Management, Purchasing) for the smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
  • Participating in special events, themed dinners, and gastronomic projects within the hotel.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and passion for gastronomy.
  • Ability to manage time and work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Preferred experience in hotel environments.
