We are seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef to lead the kitchen of our restaurant located within Cap St. Georges Hotel & Resort.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for gastronomy, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing, supervising, and training the kitchen team.
- Ensuring high standards of taste, quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Controlling costs and managing supplies/inventory.
- Collaborating with other departments (F&B, Management, Purchasing) for the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Participating in special events, themed dinners, and gastronomic projects within the hotel.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Creativity and passion for gastronomy.
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Preferred experience in hotel environments.
