- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the courier services
- Monitor and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate with couriers and drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to delivery schedules
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and enhance operational performance
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Greek (both spoken and written)
- Proven experience in operations or logistics management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
