Brand & Sales Consultant
On behalf of a client, a manufacturer specializing in high-end domestic appliances and commercial equipment, we are looking to hire a Sales Consultant in Nicosia.
Objective
For this role you will represent us as the Sales Expert to whom customers refer when visiting the store in Nicosia. You will act as a Brand Ambassador and have an important role within the company’s customer journey.
Position’s Duties and Requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to visitors
• Identify customer needs and suggest optimal product solutions
• Demonstrate products and provide expert advice to customers
• Achieve target sales for product categories
• Handle product and sales related requests from incoming calls of customers or technicians
• Record customer visits and sales data on SAP
• Monitor and manage orders on SAP in a daily basis
• Monitor product stocks and collaborate with Logistics for store product placements
• Coordinate after sales processes until the successful delivery of products to customer
Position’s Requirements
• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• SAP knowledge is considered a plus
• Fluency in English
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Persuasiveness and interpersonal skills
• Customer and results oriented
Working Hours:
• Monday- Tuesday & Thursday- Friday: 9:00-13:30 & 15:00-18:00
• Wednesday & Saturday: 9:00-14:00
