LLTLAW is recruiting for the position of Junior Lawyer to join our Commercial Department in Paphos, Cyprus.

Duties

1. Monitoring and handling corporate legal matters.
2. Liaising directly with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and other national and governmental and regulatory bodies
3. Providing guidance on corporate law and regulatory matters and conduct legal research
4. Drafting agreements/property sale agreements/loan agreements
5. Reviewing contracts and transactions and in general dealing with commercial matters.
6. Drafting and reviewing minutes, resolutions and share purchase agreements.

Requirements

1. University Degree
2. LPC or Bar would be considered as an advantage
3. Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
4. Excellent proficiency of the English and Greek language
