On behalf of our client, a dynamic and family-oriented international consulting firm based in Cyprus, we are seeking to hire a full-time Back Office Administrator to join their growing team in Limassol.
Candidate Profile:
-
University degree in Business Administration or Law, or finance.

3+ years experience in corporate administration or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Cyprus’ corporate laws and procedures.

Experience with Excel and MS Office 365 in general.
-
Excellent command of English and Greek.
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to work independently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle the day-to-day administrative support for corporate clients, including drafting incorporation docs, MAAs, annual filings, and submitting registrar updates for portfolio companies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and databases, WeBOS, corporate structurs, etc.

Prepare and review company documentation (board resolutions, minutes, PoAs, etc.).

Liaise with the Registrar of Companies and other local authorities.

Assist in KYC/AML procedures and documentation reviews (you know, all the fun stuff).

Coordinate with accountants, legal advisors, and auditors as needed.

Monitor deadlines for statutory obligations and ensure timely compliance.

Perform general administrative duties to support the corporate department.
