The role:
We’re hiring energetic and motivated individuals to join our Customer Support Team! Do you possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, passion for delivering excellent customer service? Whether you're a recent graduate or have relevant experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. The role combines handling customer inquiries from both businesses and consumers, managing customer data in our internal systems with accuracy, providing top-quality support while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Deal directly with client’s enquiries through phone, email and live chat

Customer onboarding and KYC documentation review

Provide customer support for cards and card issuing
-
Work on shift basis, covering weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
-
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, handling and resolving them accordingly
-
Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff
-
Record and maintain customer information in company’s systems
-
Daily customer data entry and maintenance
-
Fraud monitoring
-
Identify churn risks and monitor customer activity
-
Work closely with other departments to help deliver exceptional customer experiences

Record data based on customer pain points and complaints
Requirements:
-
Previous Client experience/support team and experience in back office working with different systems will be considered as an advantage

Fluent verbal and written English
-
Knowledge of any other languages will be considered an advantage (German, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish)

Computer literate
-
Ability to work shifts in order to cover shift rotation
-
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
-
Attention to details and procedures
-
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
-
Positive and collaborative team player
-
Knowledge of payments industry will be considered as an advantage
