Airport Operations Agent – Larnaca or Pafos Airport
The Airport Operations Agents will be part of our ground handling team and will support airport operations by working in shifts and ensuring timely and accurate collection of ancillaries, in full compliance with the company's policies and procedures. The Airport Operations Agent will be responsible for the following Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform ground handling duties for Tus Airways flights, including passenger assistance, check-in, boarding, and arrivals
- Collect ancillaries (e.g., excess baggage fees, seat upgrades, special service charges) accurately and according to Tus Airways' policies and procedures
- Issue monthly Excess Baggage statistics
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all ancillary transactions
- Assist with passenger queries and provide excellent customer service at all touchpoints
- Coordinate with cabin crew, operations control, and ramp services to ensure smooth flight operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Operate within rotating shift patterns, including weekends, nights, and public holidays
- Manage claims and follow up
- Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Ground & Cargo Operations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in airport or airline ground operations is an advantage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Excellent command and English language. Additional languages (especially Greek or Hebrew) will be considered an asset
- Basic computer skills and ability to use airline systems (relevant training will provided where needed)
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
