Golden Coast Hotel 4*, in Protaras, is currently seeking to recruit for the season 2025 an Event Service Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate, collect, organize, and distribute information from event planner to waiters and set-up crew.

Develop and implement procedures and standards for the venue.

Ensure that service standards are consistently met in accordance with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel’s Policies and Regulations.

Supervise and lead a team of waiters/waitresses in the outlet to ensure smooth and
-
efficient service.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients and methods of preparation, to provide accurate information to guests.

Foster excellent communication and teamwork between staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Provide excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times to create a memorable experience.

Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Qualification and Experience:

Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar position

Working knowledge of event scheduling methods & planning
-
Very good knowledge of English language
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills
-
Positive, engaging personality
