Golden Coast Hotel 4*, in Protaras, is currently seeking to recruit for the season 2025 an Event Service Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, collect, organize, and distribute information from event planner to waiters and set-up crew.

  • Develop and implement procedures and standards for the venue.

  • Ensure that service standards are consistently met in accordance with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel’s Policies and Regulations.

  • Supervise and lead a team of waiters/waitresses in the outlet to ensure smooth and

  • efficient service.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients and methods of preparation, to provide accurate information to guests.

  • Foster excellent communication and teamwork between staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Provide excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times to create a memorable experience.

  • Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar position

  • Working knowledge of event scheduling methods & planning

  • Very good knowledge of English language

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Positive, engaging personality

  • Professional appearance & attitude
