Responsibilities

• Oversee a variety of corporate legal matters
• Manage the administrative legal aspects of both Cyprus and international companies including Cyprus International Trusts (CITs).
• Review, draft, and negotiate legal and corporate documentation.
• Manage establishment of trusts, company incorporations, corporate governance, and corporate reorganizations and restructurings.
• Provide expert legal guidance with a strong commercial and business-focused approach.

Requirements

• Qualified Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Comprehensive knowledge of Cyprus Company Law and Cyprus Trust Laws, with an understanding of corporate structures.
• Proven experience in corporate legal matters, both within local and international legal frameworks.
• Fluency in English and Greek (both written and oral) is essential.
• Strong skills in drafting, organization, and administration.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a motivated, high-performing team.
• A proactive, business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in computer and legal office software.
