We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for an Administrator to join our office in Nicosia.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day office functions to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Providing administrative support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
  • Answering phone calls, managing emails, and directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Inventory management
  • Filing
  • Organize and schedule meetings

Requirements for the position:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a related role.
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Greek and English languages is mandatory
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork spirit
