Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for an Administrator to join our office in Nicosia.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day office functions to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Providing administrative support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- Answering phone calls, managing emails, and directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Inventory management
- Filing
- Organize and schedule meetings
Requirements for the position:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related role.
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Greek and English languages is mandatory
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork spirit
