About the Role:
Solaar Hospitality, operating Mercure Larnaca Beach and Mercure City Hotel, is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven ability to drive service excellence while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and engagement.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service recovery when necessary.

Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B team to maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.

Create staff schedules and ensure optimal coverage during peak times.

Analyze financial reports and work towards achieving revenue targets and cost controls.

Organize and execute promotional activities or special events.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role at least 5 years.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and customer service.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.

Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
