About the Role:

Solaar Hospitality, operating Mercure Larnaca Beach and Mercure City Hotel, is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven ability to drive service excellence while maintaining profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and engagement.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service recovery when necessary.

• Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B team to maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.

• Create staff schedules and ensure optimal coverage during peak times.

• Analyze financial reports and work towards achieving revenue targets and cost controls.

• Organize and execute promotional activities or special events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role at least 5 years.

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and customer service.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.

• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
