The Position:

On their behalf, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Officer in Nicosia/ Remote.

The Sales Officer will be responsible for researching prospective clients, conducting guided digital outreach, supporting the marketing efforts, and managing CRM activities.

Responsibilities:

A) Client Research & Prospecting:

  • Identify and research potential clients across target industries.

  • Build and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential leads and key contacts.

  • Utilize tools to gather prospect information

B) Guided Digital Outreach:

  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, social media).

  • Personalize messaging to resonate with specific industry verticals and client needs.

  • Track outreach performance.

C) Marketing Support:

  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with the rest of the sales team and product owners to execute lead-generation strategies and promotional campaigns.

  • Contribute to market research efforts, including competitor analysis and market trends.

D) CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Generate regular CRM reports and dashboards to track sales pipeline, conversions, and other key metrics.

  • Work closely with the rest of the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and data integrity.

E) Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Sales Manager regarding prospect status, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, operations) to deliver a seamless client experience.

F) Sales:

  • Familiarize themselves with the client base of P9 in Cyprus and engage with prospective clients in the local market.

  • Account management

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Previous 2-3 years experience in sales, sales support, or marketing.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

  • Extensive experience using LinkedIn

  • Fluent in English

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong research and analytical abilities.

  • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

Location:

Client’s Offices in Nicosia with a flexible work schedule.
