Job Overview
Sozos, a leading retailer of tools, safety equipment, and construction supplies, is seeking a dedicated and organized Shop Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, assist at the cashier, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative duties, including record-keeping and filing.
- Manage the cashier's desk, process transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Assist customers in-store, providing excellent service and addressing their needs.
- Utilize computer software for inventory management, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the team and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A friendly and approachable attitude with excellent communication skills.
