Job Overview

Sozos, a leading retailer of tools, safety equipment, and construction supplies, is seeking a dedicated and organized Shop Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, assist at the cashier, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative duties, including record-keeping and filing.
  • Manage the cashier's desk, process transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Assist customers in-store, providing excellent service and addressing their needs.
  • Utilize computer software for inventory management, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with the team and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Languages: Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A friendly and approachable attitude with excellent communication skills.
