About the Role:

Solaar Hospitality, operating Mercure Larnaka Beach Resort and Mercure Larnaka City Hotel, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Driver – Merchandiser to join our team based at the central warehouse. This dual-role position is responsible for delivering goods to our hotels and ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed according to company standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to support smooth and efficient operations across our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and deliver products from the central warehouse to various hotels on a scheduled route.

• Ensure the vehicle is properly loaded and all items match the delivery documents.

• Merchandize products at destination points, ensuring correct placement, and rotation.

• Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle and report any issues.

• Handle delivery paperwork accurately and collect signatures when needed.

• Support basic stock control by reporting shortages, overstock, or issues during deliveries.

• Provide support to the warehouse team.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Experience in delivery driving and/or merchandising is a strong advantage.

• Good knowledge of routes and navigation tools.

• Manage time efficiently.

• Team player with a responsible and proactive attitude.
