We’re seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive team player to support our financial operations — from reporting to daily analytics and ad hoc tasks. Be part of a company where precision meets purpose.

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing of employees timecheck (employees tasks data)
• Preparing daily reports on marketing expenses
• Daily updating exchange rates
• Preparing reports on staff turnover, vacations, sick leaves
• Allocating banks statements to expenses types and projects
• Ad hoc reports and tasks from Financial team

Professional Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience
• Diploma and/or BSc (or higher) in Accounting and Finance or in a related field
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google docs
• Attention to details
• English upper-intermediate, Ukrainian
