The role - Taking the wheel at Hertz

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

Create a friendly, welcoming customer experience.

Demonstrate basic functions and equipment of the rental car to customers and resolve any customer queries.

PROBLEM SOLVING

Be the hero in resolving any issues or concerns that the customer might experience, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed customer expectations.

TEAMWORK

Collaborate with your colleagues to create a positive and vibrant workplace. We're all in this together!

VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION

Complies to company’s procedures for all vehicle deliveries and collections, to ensure rentable standard is met and any additional damage is documented upon return.

VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION

Transport vehicles between stations in Cyprus as well as in garages and car wash points.

VEHICLE QUALITY

Inspect and inform garages for possible damage or malfunction on the cars you drive, based on a specific checkpoint procedure.

Ensure the perfect condition and cleanliness of the cars delivered to our customers.

Essential Requirements

Your skills - What you’ll need for a great journey

MUST HAVE

 Passion for customer service, with willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

 Enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude.

 Good English & Greek skills, enabling you to be a brilliant communicator.

 Valid Driving license (capable of driving manual and automatic cars).

 Willing to work on a shift Rota basis.

NICE TO HAVE

 Relevant experience with cars

 Additional foreign language skills
