Sales Team Leader
FROU FROU GROUP OF COMPANIES seeks to employ a high-profile individual for the position of Sales Team Leader.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the organization and management of a Sales Department, will lead Ex- Van team of sales personnel and provide them with guidance and support, assist them with problem solving and cater for their training needs and motivation. Will be responsible, amongst other duties, for negotiating with customers, implementing company policies, working towards sales and profitability objectives and striving for the development of new business.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Higher education graduate
- At least 5 years working experience in a relevant FMCG position
- Good communicator, computer literate and fluent in Greek and English
- Hard working individual with good organizational skills
- Numerical and analytical thinking capacity and quality orientation
- Adaptability and resilience, efficiency, self-motivation and initiative.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
The above position offers an attractive remuneration package with the prospect of a 13th salary, Bonus Scheme based on KPIs, Provident Fund, Medical care, salary revisions based on performance, discount card for company products and other benefits.
