We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Operational Manager - Africa Region to join our dynamic team at HFM.

This is a pivotal role within the Africa Region team, focused on driving internal coordination, overseeing operational workflows, and ensuring the effective execution of strategic business development activities. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Africa Region HQ, enabling smoother execution, stronger alignment, and improved efficiency across the board.

Your role at HFM:

• Allocate and monitor daily business development tasks across teams. Ensure timely execution, prioritisation, and progress tracking.
• Serve as the central liaison between Africa Region teams and HFM Head Office. Facilitate clear, timely, and structured information flow.
• Implement and manage project management platforms, CRM systems, and communication tools to enable smooth collaboration.
• Track and analyse key performance metrics. Prepare actionable reports and insights for senior management and business development teams.
• Continuously assess and improve business development processes, driving automation and lean workflows through effective tools and systems.
• Maintain organised and accessible documentation of project plans, communications, and strategic initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or business development—preferably in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
• Comfortable using and managing tech platforms such as CRMs, project management tools, BI dashboards, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and external partners professionally.
• Proactive in identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective, scalable solutions.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities; can manage competing priorities without losing focus.
• Quick to adapt in a dynamic business environment. Passionate about operational excellence and business growth.
