We are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Insights Manager to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to have an impactful role in a fast-growing and technology-focused environment, contributing to the company’s vision and playing a pivotal role in our customer experience ecosystem. This is a role embedded in the broader Strategy team and its key aim is to ensure that the customer perspective drives the company strategy.

You will help ask the right questions about customers and create a holistic representation of our customers. To do that, you will partner closely and cross-functionally with senior leaders in Product, Marketing and Sales teams to help understand our customers comprehensively, deliver best-in-class insights and elevate the customer experience.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader with a strong background in data analytics and customer experience. You are able to synthesize customer data and extract the “So what?” from the data. You take pride in delivering best-in-class insights and are driven by the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the broader strategy.

Your role at HFM:

  • Represent the customer’s needs and expectations in internal planning and prioritisation.
  • Combining all available customer data (e.g. behavioral data, marketing data, customer interviews, surveys, etc) to create a holistic customer view.
  • Finding the appropriate customer segmentation (e.g. geographic, behavioral, etc) to best represent the current and future customer base (e.g. likely in the form of customer personas/profiles).
  • Designing a structured program (e.g. Voice of the Customer survey) to gather regularly customer feedback across geographies.
  • Guiding the rest of the organization in framing testable hypotheses and selecting appropriate methods to extract insights, firmly anchored in business realities.
  • Digesting business data and converting to clear insights, able to steer the customer interfacing functions (e.g. UI/UX, Product roadmap, etc) and also the overall company strategy.
  • Staying up to date with best practices and know-how in customer segmentation, analytics, and experience.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience with customer data, analytics, marketing, CX or commercial role, with the fintech industry or related
  • Ability to work with numbers; strong analytical skills are vital
  • Senior presence, able to work effectively with different functions (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales, etc) and foster collaboration among diverse teams (topic-wise and geography-wise).
  • Strong self drive and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communicator, able to present findings and insights to senior audiences
  • BSc/BA in a quantitative field. Master or PhD degrees would be considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Other languages would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong ethical compass and commitment to the highest standards of integrity.
