We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at HFM.

The Marketing Coordinator will play an important role in our marketing operations, improving workflows, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing projects.

Your role at HFM:

• Assist the marketing coordination team, in organising various projects, from start to completion.
• Serve as the primary administrator of our project tracking tool, to create, update and manage marketing project workflows and timelines.
• Ensure all projects are on track, meeting deadlines, and aligning with strategic objectives.
• Ensure team members have the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks effectively.
• Support the organisation and execution of events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Assist in the translation and localisation of marketing materials.
• Provide insights into project progress and identify bottlenecks and areas of opportunity to enhance productivity.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that all project-related data is accurate and up to date.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, with proficiency in Jira is essential.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with marketing processes would be considered an advantage.
