As a Guest Services Officer, you will play a key role in turning guests into loyal friends and fans. If you're outgoing, hospitable, and embody the Kanika spirit of service, professionalism, and teamwork, this role could be perfect for you. We look forward to hearing from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant reservations for guests.
- Arrange special occasions such as birthdays and honeymoons.
- Assist guests with inquiries, issues, and complaints to ensure a smooth experience.
- Ensure VIPs and Loyalty Club Members receive their benefits and special recognition.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and F&B on arrivals, special requests, and VIP setups.
- Review arrival lists to confirm room allocations and amenities in advance.
- Help organize management cocktail events and participate in PR activities.
- Respond to guest feedback on platforms like TripAdvisor and Booking.com.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
- Warm, guest-focused personality with strong teamwork skills
- Fluent in English and Greek (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of personal appearance and hygiene standards
- Proficient in computer skills; knowledge of Fidelio is an advantage
- Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid EU work permit
