PROFILE

The Therapist will provide consultations and a variety of Spa treatments, in the most efficient and effective manner, deli-vering the highest possible standards of service; the Therapist will also be pro-active in maintaining and/or improving department profitability in accordance with Hotel policies, procedures and standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete the full range of therapist duties: deliver a variety of body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, etc.; responsible for their daily classes/bookings schedule; ensure consultation cards are timely completed; maintain equipment; ensure relevant areas are clean, hygienic and stocked-up; cover the Spa reception when required; book appointments; handle payments,
• Assist and support superiors with managing departmental/diary activities,
• Train and coach team members so they develop their system knowledge and personal skills,
• Encourage other team members to ensure service standards and company policies are achieved,
• Respond to clients' needs and requests, resolve issues/complaints/problems in a quick, efficient manner to main-tain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service,
• Work proactively, focusing on delivering standards whilst maximising revenues,

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• High school graduate or equivalent,
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent; must have had training and working knowledge of one or more of the more popular skincare brands; additional qualifications in holistic massage/therapies or advanced aesthetics will be considered a plus,
• A minimum of one year' experience in a Spa or beauty therapy job role,
• Able to demonstrate a high level of professional practice, excellent customer service and organisational skills,
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills,
• Must speak, read, and write both English and Greek; knowledge of additional languages (Russian, etc) will be considered an advantage,
