Job Summary:

As a Sales Assistant, you will support the sales process from start to finish. This includes placing orders with factories, keeping track of deliveries, updating our product catalog, and assisting with offers and promotions. You'll also help monitor our online sales and follow up with customers to ensure a smooth buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

🛍️ Sales Support & Order Handling

• Assist the sales team by placing and tracking orders with factories and suppliers
• Communicate with suppliers and clients to confirm details and timelines
• Follow up with clients to confirm orders, delivery times, and satisfaction

📦 Product Listings & Inventory Updates

• Add new products to our system and update pricing or stock levels as needed
• Help maintain a clear and updated product list for both internal use and online store
• Ensure all product descriptions and visuals are complete and correct

🌐 Online Sales Assistance

• Support updates to our B2B or online product website (add products, update info, manage offers)
• Help create and upload promotional banners and offers
• Monitor website sales and flag any issues or delays

📊 Customer Service & Sales Monitoring

• Assist with answering customer inquiries via email or phone
• Provide updates on orders and deliveries to customers and the sales team
• Keep track of sales performance and help prepare simple sales reports

Requirements:

• Some experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing (1+ years preferred)
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Comfortable using Excel, email, and basic online tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
• A team player who can also work independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Basic design skills for creating simple promotions (e.g., Canva)
• Familiar with inventory or CRM systems
