Mastertype C.P. Services Ltd is looking to fill a vacancy of a full-time job, at the position of Customer Support Operator.

Our company's main field of operation is the provision and repair of printing and general office equipment — www.mastertype.com.cy.

Position duties:

• Call centre operation & coordination

• Preparation of customers' orders and the appropriate documents

• Issue and documentation of service calls/forms

Required characteristics:

• Very good use of Microsoft Office and Windows/computer navigation (Word, Excel, Windows)

• Soft skills

• Very good use of the English language (speaking & writing)

• Looking for a reliable, responsible, trustworthy, energetic, kind, cooperative person with teamwork spirit

• Take initiatives

• Prior experience will be considered as an advantage

Hours:

Monday - Friday
8:00–13:00 & 14:30–17:30

Salary:

• Satisfying salary (according to skills and experience)

• Recurring training
