Aphrodite Hills Hotel is currently seeking to recruit a passionate and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join its highly successful Team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent service, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel or upscale restaurant
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• Flexibility to work schedule
• Basic knowledge of food, wine and beverage service
• Team player
• Due to work permit restrictions, candidates must have the legal right to work in Cyprus

Duties:

• Greet guests and present menus in a professional, courteous manner
• Deliver attentive service by accurately taking Food & Beverage orders
• Serve Food and drinks in accordance with hotel standards
• Clean and reset tables, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and positively
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards
