At Cartridge World Cyprus, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Supply Chain Administrator who is organized, proactive, and experienced in purchasing, inventory management, and operational support. Your Role at a Glance

As the Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination processes. You’ll work closely with management, the head office team, suppliers, and external partners to ensure goods are efficiently ordered, tracked, and managed, helping us maintain smooth and reliable operations across the board.

Key Responsibilities

🛒 Procurement, Supplier & Partner Coordination

  • Manage and process purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods.
  • Track and file purchase invoices, coordinating with the accounts team for proper financial reconciliation.
  • Communicate with suppliers to follow up on deliveries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for cost or process improvements.
  • Reconcile supplier statements with internal records and address discrepancies.
  • Liaise with external sales partners and suppliers to coordinate orders, returns, and stock-related matters.

📦 Inventory Control & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels and update the EPOS system with product listings, price changes, and stock adjustments.
  • Forecast inventory needs and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or overstocked items and recommend solutions.
  • Oversee and support regular stock-taking and cycle count procedures.
  • Prepare accurate stock reports to support internal planning and decision-making.

🗂 Operational & Administrative Support

  • Provide daily administrative and operational assistance across departments.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist in internal projects focused on process efficiency and supply chain improvements.
  • Support the head office team as needed with supply chain-related or general administrative tasks.
  • Carry out additional duties to support the day-to-day operations of the business.

What You Bring

  • Experience in purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain/logistics support.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with EPOS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Basic accounting knowledge related to invoices and financial records.
  • Strong communication skills in both Greek and English (spoken and written).
  • Confidence in dealing with external suppliers and third-party partners.
