Company Description:

An innovative, start-up watercraft company in Limassol is seeking to recruit an energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive high caliber professional for the position of Sales Executive.

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible to optimize sales of the new Aerojet Boat in Cyprus and abroad. He/She will be working closely with our marketing team to ensure that the unique experience offered by Aerojet is clearly communicated and understood by potential clients.

More specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities, assessing levels of interest, and converting prospective clients into sales
  • Prepare a data base of clients dealing with several aspects where Aerojet can be used (Yachting, Marinas, Life Guards, Boat Taxi, Water Sports, Leisure etc.)
  • Travelling within Cyprus and abroad to promote Aerojet, to explore business opportunities and for meeting potential customers
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Conducting regular market research to identify potential opportunities for the business to work on benchmark product offerings and pricing
  • Attending relevant functions, boat shows and exhibitions, as well as, networking with key stakeholder as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Business Development and/or Commercial role within related industries
  • Proven track of records in terms of business growth and achievements
  • University/college degree in Business Management, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a key Sales Position and ideally within the Yachting Industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages
  • Computer literate (MS Office application)
  • Knowledge and administration of social media platforms and/or a role within a company as a marketeer will be considered an advantage
